Boost efficiency by standardizing design tools and file formats for better cross-team collaboration
Users contact customer service for every issue because the FAQ is hard to find.
There are two main points:
Reduce file format conversions during design handoffs
Establish a standardized format for document delivery
I led one of the meetings on this topic. These improvements can facilitate smoother collaboration between designers and developers, saving time and energy.

Led a one-month training program for newcomers
This program was designed to help us better understand the intern's strengths and familiarity with UI/UX, while also introducing them to our design system and guidelines.
The intern practiced creating basic mockup flows and attempted to suggest improvements. The goal was to prepare them to take on real design tasks by the end of the month.
